  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 cup of red wine
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 liter of water
  • 800 gr. Round potatoes
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation of roast beef with potatoes

  1. To begin with, salt the meat previously cut into large pieces. Put a casserole in the fire and heat the olive oil. Add meat and season. Remove and reserve on a plate.
  2. Peel onions and cut into julienne. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and change it in the same way. Peel and cut the garlic into small pieces and chop the parsley. After washing the tomatoes, cut them into small squares. Reservation.

  5. While the meat is cooked on low heat, peel the potatoes and wash them. Add salt and fry in batches with enough oil in a frying pan. When golden, take them out and reserve.
  6. Now, remove 3 tablespoons of the sauce where you are cooking the meat and add them to another clean casserole.
  7. Cook the chips for 10 minutes in this sauce to make them season. When the meat is tender remove it from the fire. Correct salt before.
