- 1 Carrot
- 500 grams Pork Meat
- 3 medium Potatoes
- 500 grams Beans - Canned
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Red Pepper
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Parsley - Dry or fresh
- 2 cloves Garlic
Chop the vegetables and the meat.
Preheat oil in a large frying pan and add the chopped onion and carrot.
Once the onion and carrot become softer, add the meat.
Leave the meat to cook for about 10 minutes and add the potatoes.
Season the dish with salt, red pepper, parsley and garlic.
At the end add the canned beans and let it cook until everything is tender.
