Ingredients
  

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 500 grams Pork Meat
  • 3 medium Potatoes
  • 500 grams Beans – Canned
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Red Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Parsley – Dry or fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Chop the vegetables and the meat.
    Step 1 - Chop the veggies
  • Preheat oil in a large frying pan and add the chopped onion and carrot.
    Step 2 - Fry the onion and carrot
  • Once the onion and carrot become softer, add the meat.
    Step 3 - Add the pork meat
  • Leave the meat to cook for about 10 minutes and add the potatoes.
    Step 4 - Add the potatoes
  • Season the dish with salt, red pepper, parsley and garlic.
    Step 5 - Add the seasoning
  • At the end add the canned beans and let it cook until everything is tender.
