- 1 Red Pepper
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Zucchini (Courgette)
- 300 grams Mushrooms
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Red Pepper
Instructions
- Wash the vegetables.
- Cut the vegetables to medium pieces.
- Season the vegetables.
- Air Fry at 160C (320F) for 20 mins and stir at least twice.
- Enjoy your healthy meal!
