Ingredients
  

  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Zucchini (Courgette)
  • 300 grams Mushrooms
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Red Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the vegetables.
    Needed ingredients Mushrooms, carrots, red pepper, zucchini, garlic
  • Cut the vegetables to medium pieces.

  • Air Fry at 160C (320F) for 20 mins and stir at least twice.
    Cook the vegetables in the Air Fryer at 160C for 20 mins.
