Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
  • 500 grams Canned Tomatoes
  • 500 grams Marinated Peppers
  • 500 grams Pork Ribs – Marinated with red pepper, black pepper and salt
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Mixed Herbs Bulgarian Chubritsa

Instructions
 

  • The first step is to peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them into medium pieces.

  • Place the potatoes on the bottom of the greased with oil clay pot and cover them with the canned tomatoes and marinated peppers. If you can't find such, you can also use fresh vegetables.

  • Put the pork ribs on top of everything and season with salt, black pepper and the chubritsa, which is traditional for the Bulgarian cuisine. It could be found in almost every Eastern European shop. Cover everything with water.

  • Bake for about 2.30 hours at 180°C (360°F).

Notes

A very important thing to remember is to always put the clay pot in a cold oven. If you put it in a preheated oven if might crack.
