Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2/3 cup Sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp Baking powder
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
  • 2/3 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking soda
  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 grams Walnuts – Chopped
  • 50 grams Powder Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs until you get a smooth texture.

  • Add the sugar, oil, baking powder, soda and vanilla essence and mix well. Add the grated apples.

  • Start adding the flour in several portions.
